The bill (Reg. No. 2067) suggests determine legal and organizational basis for development of inner domestic food products market outlets.
Committee members focused attention on the conclusions of the Anti-Monopoly Committee and the Central Scientific Experts Office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariat that do not uphold the bill.
Experts believe that the bill submitted does not have an independent subject of regulation. The majority of its provisions either duplicate norms of the existing legislation, or contradict them.
